Deal rooms are booked in advance against the marketplace pipeline. Producers arrive with a listed project; investors arrive with a shortlist.

Selected projects are scheduled into boardroom sessions with matched investors. Slots are published in advance, conflicts are detected automatically, and participants are reminded ahead of time.
